Florian Nicolle is one of my inspiration on my final major project. I will be using this method, mix media on a few on my drawings. I like how they face is fading into the back ground and then Gray tones and patterns.
I will be using old book pages and old wall paper to create this look.
I will be using the colours that my mood feels on that day such as angry, reds, oranges, yellows. calm colours, blues, purples, pinks. Happy colours, Yellows, Greens, (melo).
These colour will be part of my drawings or painting, of myself.
Cant wait to get started. >.<

Jenny Saville.
Propped
1992
Jenny Saville is a great inspiration to many including myself, she is none for her outstanding painting that move people all over the world.. In every painting Jenny Saville ever fails to capture moment, tones and depth in every brush stroke, her creativity and feminist personally has always admired me. This painting called Propped, Painted in 1992 captured my eyes, the flesh tones in her skin are beautifully painted the way she had used different coloured paint to show depth instead of using the same tones on flesh colours show moment in the human body.
The painting shows there is a uncomfortable and awkward position the way she is sitting a stool that her legs are tightly warped around the stool holding on for safety. Her head titled back portray that he neck or back is feeling painful and the muscles in her neck are tense which shows discomfort, her facial expresses looks quite unhappy the half opened eyes make me feel like she is fed up. Her hands scratching into her legs holding onto each ripple in the skin makes me feel very uncomfortable and that her thighs are a issues for her. she has tightly pressed against her chest making herself hide away her body which seems to be difficult to hide.
Many people say this painting is ''gross'' however this is shown by the way you are looking at it, a larger women on a stool which is smaller that her body weight is not gross. To me Jenny Saville painted this to make other people have their opinion, This women might be happy with her body but others with certain issues with their own body see that she is scratching into her skin as a sign of hating it, however it could also mean she is just holding it to show, this is me.!
Capturing the depth of the light and darker shadows where it hits the most is a great way to see movement shown in the skin on a human body.  I have taken a photograph of my life model and analysed the tones in the skin and the depth where the light is most captured. As I am practicing to be a fine artist I am learning about the bone structure on the human body.  I use a lamp and placed in on her right side to make the light hit the way she was looking. The shadows on the body help me look at the body differently by the depth of the lighting show each indentations.
The way she is looking away from the camera and her head tilted more to her a right side makes your eyes bounce from the lamp to her face and back again analysing the whole of her body and each depth.
My focal point is the face because the lamp is so bright my eye draws me more the her face which is more detail than the rest.
This photo has help me learnt more about the human figure, where the marks are on the skin and the tones and shape that the human body actually has.

Rock! Paper! Scissors! (:
